I was expecting the mid-season finale of Breaking Bad season 5 to end with an explosion, but that ending was a punch in the fucking gut.
The inevitable has come.
The wait until next summer’s series ending is going to be tough.

Breaking Bad Season 5’s mid-season finale is tonight, setting the stage for next summer’s final 8 episodes.
If you’re not on-board with the show, you should check it out. It’s slow-starting, but it’s a kick-ass crime series with a morally ambiguous protagonist (which seems to be a common thread running through the shows I’ve watched recently.)

This show…just… wow.
If you’re not watching this show, do yourself a favor and check it out. I’m a recent convert, but I’m all in with Heisenberg’s journey.
I ache with embarassment.
Still one of the greatest shows ever, and one of the very few that are infinitely re-watchable.
