This is quite a long interview with Michael Palin from The Independent, done by Robert Chalmers and published this past July. I’m not sure why I found myself looking up Palin this morning, other than he is one of my heroes (something I’m sure he’d hate hearing even in principle from anyone). But it’s a lovely, thoughtful interview, and - if you’re a fan of the man and his works - well-worth your time.
Oh, what sad times are these when passing ruffians can say Ni at will to old ladies!
